В Мосгорсуде коллегия присяжных заседателей вынесла обвинительный вердикт по уголовному делу об убийствах с особой жестокостью лиц без определенного места жительства, совершенных в 2014-м и 2015 годах на территориях Москвы, Московской и Ярославской областей, в отношении членов так называемой "банды чистильщиков".

На скамье подсудимых по резонансного делу оказались Павел Войтов, Елена Лобачева, Артур Нарциссов, Максим Павлов и Владислав Каратаев. Все подсудимые единодушно были признаны виновными в совершении всех вмененных в вину преступных эпизодов, передает РАПСИ со ссылкой на заявление пресс-секретаря Мосгорсуда Ульяну Солопову.

По ее словам, присяжные признали подсудимых не заслуживающими снисхождения, за исключением Нарциссова, "которого коллегия единодушно признала виновным в совершении покушения на убийство, однако в вопросе, заслуживает ли он снисхождения, голоса присяжных распределились как 6 "за" и 6 "против".

Присяжные установили, что члены "банды чистильщиков", желая противопоставить себя окружающим и проявить свое превосходство над ними, объединились в организованную преступную группу и совершали нападения на граждан, нарушающих, по их мнению, общепринятые нормы поведения.

Жертвами преступников становились лица без определенного места жительства, занимающиеся попрошайничеством, злоупотребляющие спиртными напитками и находящиеся в состоянии алкогольного опьянения. Лидирующую роль среди участников занял Войтов: именно он распределял роли, принимал решения и активно руководил деятельностью группы.

Обсуждение последствий вердикта назначено на среду, 22 июня. В этот день гособвинитель озвучит вид и размер наказания, которого, по его мнению, заслуживают подсудимые. После этого последует стадия последнего слова подсудимых. Затем судья удалится в совещательную комнату для вынесения приговора.

По версии следствия, обвиняемые объединились в организованную группу и в период с июля 2014 года по февраль 2015 года на территориях Москвы, Московской и Ярославской областей совершали убийства, выбирая в качестве жертв лиц без определенного места жительства, склонных к употреблению алкоголя и курению.

Из обвинительного заключения следует, что всех фигурантов объединяет экстремистская идеология, согласно которой необходимо истреблять бездомных людей и маргиналов общества. Для совершения преступлений они использовали малолюдные и безлюдные места, преимущественно в темное время суток.

Первое убийство молодые люди совершили летом 2014 года в парке "Кусково" - жертвой оказался 35-летний Станислав Евсеев. В тот вечер он вышел из дома, чтобы попить с другом пива. По словам отца погибшего, Александра Евсеева, друзья сына позвонили ему около 21:00. Они сказали, что Станислав скончался от 107 ножевых ранений.

В парке "Кусково" убийцы зверски расправились и с другим москвичом - в августе того же года они напали на Андрея Сулимова. Получив несколько десятков ножевых ранений, потерпевший умер на месте. По данным следователей, Сулимов проживал в коммуналке и вел асоциальный образ жизни. Он ходил по паркам, распивая алкогольные напитки.
